These terms describe use of the public BetterKin demo and the scope to be agreed for a school service. IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is the provider.
Try responsibly
The demo is for evaluation using fictional records only. Do not enter real personal information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other visitors. Access and example records may be reset or withdrawn; do not rely on the demo to retain work.
Agree your school scope
The current demonstration includes staff assessment, seeded resources and individual term PDF reports. Roadmap modules, media portfolios, annual/batch reports, editable Word templates and private resource uploads are not included. A school quotation and agreement define licensed functions, availability, hosting, support, training and fees. No rollout date or production readiness is promised by trying the demo.
Teaching responsibility and content
School staff review frameworks, observations, reports and example resources before use. Example content does not certify curriculum compliance, learning outcomes or funding eligibility. Use only content you are authorised to use and retain applicable attribution and licence notices.
Service questions
Contact [email protected] with the product and a brief description, without child records or passwords. School service responsibilities and applicable remedies are set out in the agreement; mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
