Demo and school deployment
The live web demo and Android demo are available now. The demo uses fictional records and simulated payments; it does not collect money. Live SMS and push delivery, signed iOS releases and store publication require school-approved providers and the relevant developer accounts.
Before a school goes live, agree its enabled modules, hosting, account setup and acceptance checks. Payment-provider activation and official import-format validation require the school’s authorised provider arrangements and sample exports.

What is LearnSys School Suite?
LearnSys School Suite is a modular school administration platform from IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED for Hong Kong schools. It brings school records, attendance, notices, homework and related workflows together with role-based access.
Can it support our existing school workflows?
A school can evaluate LearnSys as an alternative through a phased pilot. We first agree the workflows and licensed modules, then validate data imports and acceptance criteria with the school. Feature-by-feature equivalence and a fully automatic migration are not assumed.
Where is a school’s data stored?
The production model is a dedicated VM for each school, with its own database and private file storage. Hong Kong hosting is required and the actual hosting arrangement is confirmed with the school. The public demo is separate and uses fictional data only.
How are existing school records imported?
Imports use configurable mappings. Authorised sample exports are needed to validate each school’s formats before live migration. School-specific templates are checked against those samples; schools should obtain exports under their existing provider agreement.
Can parents and students try the system?
The public demo offers teacher, student, parent and administrator roles using fictional school data. The Parent & Student app has a separate product page and demo; production availability and rollout are confirmed in the quotation.
Are school payments ready for real transactions?
The current demo uses sandbox or mock payment providers. Real merchant onboarding, provider approval and a school agreement are required before live transactions.
