Management system for tutoring and education centres
Formerly ECMS (Educational Centre Management System)
Students, enrolment and renewals, timetables, fees and receipts, attendance and make-up lessons in one cloud system that staff at every branch can sign in to from a browser.
It runs a tutoring centre’s daily admin: student and guardian records, enrolment and renewals, timetables and rooms, attendance and make-up lessons, fees and receipts, revenue and enrolment reports, across one or more branches.
Tutoring centres, language schools, music and dance centres, sports schools, homework centres, training providers and playgroups.
ECMS (Educational Centre Management System) was built by IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED for Hong Kong tutoring and education centres to run students, classes, fees and attendance. LearnSys Tutor Centre Cloud grew out of ECMS. It is part of iGears’ LearnSys education range and is delivered as a cloud service.
