AI can help with practice and feedback, but a teacher or learner must check its output. Do not include names, student identifiers, contact details or sensitive records in an AI request. Student tools should guide learning rather than ghost-write assessed work.
External AI on new school installations is disabled until a named provider, region and no-training/retention terms are configured and verified. Legacy products have their own policies; consult the service register and the school before using them with student content.
