This Privacy Policy describes how LearnSys Math ("the app"), provided under the LearnSys brand by iGears Technology Limited, handles information on Android. In short: there is no account, no advertising ID and no analytics; your learning history is encrypted on your device; and content leaves your phone only when it is needed to answer you.
No account — an anonymous identity
The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number or a password. Instead it generates a random device identifier, stores it encrypted on your device, and uses it to obtain a short-lived access token from the LearnSys service. This identifier is not an advertising or hardware ID and does not identify you by itself.
What stays on your device
Photos and text recognition
When you photograph a problem, the image is kept temporarily in the app cache and deleted automatically within 24 hours. Photos are never saved into your learning history.
Text recognition runs on your device first. Only if you choose the optional cloud-vision upgrade is a compressed copy of the photo uploaded to the LearnSys service, solely to extract the problem text more accurately.
What is sent to the LearnSys service
Purchases
Optional content packs and the LearnSys Math Plus subscription are sold through Google Play. Prices are always shown by Google Play, and your payment details never reach us — we receive a purchase token, which the LearnSys server verifies before unlocking access. Purchases can be restored after reinstalling the app.
No ads, no analytics
The app contains no advertising, does not use an advertising identifier, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Children
The app is designed for school-age learners. It requires no personal information to use, shows no advertising, and avoids pressure tactics around purchases — the paywall asks children to involve a parent. Please do not include names, school details or other personal information in the problems you submit.
Retention and deletion
Learning history stays on your device until you delete it — you can clear it at any time from within the app. Cached photos are removed automatically within 24 hours. To ask about deletion of server-side records linked to your anonymous identifier (quotas, entitlements, safety reports), contact us at the address below.
