These Terms of Use govern your use of the LearnSys Math Android app, provided under the LearnSys brand by iGears Technology Limited ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, please use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
The service
LearnSys Math is a learning-support tool: an AI tutor, curriculum-aligned tutorials and practice aids. It is not official examination material and does not replace teachers, textbooks or formal assessment. We may change, suspend or improve features over time.
Guest access
The app works without an account, using an anonymous identity tied to your device. Your learning history is stored only on that device: if you uninstall the app or lose the device, we cannot recover it. Purchases, by contrast, can be restored through Google Play.
Acceptable use
AI-generated content
Tutor replies are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Check important work with a teacher or trusted source. Every reply can be reported from within the app, and reports are reviewed under our safety process.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional one-time content packs and the LearnSys Math Plus subscription are sold through Google Play, which shows the final price and handles payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Google Play account settings. A purchase unlocks only after the LearnSys server has verified it with Google Play; a pending purchase does not unlock until confirmed. Refunds follow Google Play policy. Permanently purchased content packs remain yours after a subscription ends.
Free allowances
Free use includes daily allowances for AI tutoring and cloud text recognition. Allowance levels are shown in the app and may be adjusted over time.
Intellectual property
The app, its tutorials and its content are owned by iGears Technology Limited or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to process it in order to provide the service, including safety review of reported content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for misuse of the service.
