These Terms of Use govern your use of the LearnSys LearningMate Android app, provided under the LearnSys brand by iGears Technology Limited ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, please use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
The service
LearnSys LearningMate provides AI study tools for writing, reading and science revision. Results are for study reference only and do not replace teachers, textbooks or formal assessment criteria. We may change, suspend or improve features over time.
Guest access and free allowance
The app works without an account, using an anonymous identity tied to your device. Study records are stored only on that device and cannot be recovered by us if the app is uninstalled or the device is lost. Free use includes a daily allowance of AI requests, applied per device and shown in the app; allowances may be adjusted over time.
Acceptable use
AI-generated content
AI output may contain mistakes; important answers should be checked against teachers, textbooks and assessment requirements. Offensive or unsafe AI output can be reported from within the app and is reviewed under our safety process.
Purchases and subscriptions
An optional LearnSys Plus subscription and one-time credit packs may be offered through Google Play, which shows the final price and handles payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Google Play account settings. A purchase is granted only after server-side verification; a pending purchase does not unlock until confirmed. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
Intellectual property
The app and its content are owned by iGears Technology Limited or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to process it in order to provide the service, including safety review of reported content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for misuse of the service.
