The service

The app is a writing-practice tool. It provides planning help, sentence-level suggestions and feedback on drafts you write yourself. It is not a marking authority, and it is not affiliated with the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority.

Guest access

Access uses an anonymous per-installation identity. You are responsible for the device it lives on. Because there is no account, we cannot transfer your history to another device except through the backup file the app produces.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own learning. Do not submit other people's personal information, unlawful material, or content you have no right to share. Do not attempt to bypass quotas, billing or the security of the service.

The app is designed to coach rather than to ghostwrite. Submitting AI-produced text as your own work may breach your school's or an examination board's rules, and that is your responsibility, not ours.

AI-generated content

AI feedback can be wrong, including scores, grammar judgements and explanations. It is guidance for practice and not a prediction of any examination result. Check anything that matters against your textbook, your teacher or the official syllabus.

Credits, packs and subscriptions

Some features consume credits or require a subscription. Allowances, daily limits and what each tier includes are shown in the app and may change as the service develops. Credits have no cash value and are not exchangeable outside the app.

Purchases through Google Play

All purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms, and refunds follow Google Play policy. Prices are shown in your local currency by Google. A cancelled or refunded purchase withdraws the corresponding entitlement.

Intellectual property

What you write is yours. The app, its interface, its exam packs and the LearnSys brand remain the property of iGears Technology Limited. You may keep and use the feedback the app gives you on your own work.

Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. Exam modes shown as coming soon are not promises of a date; they open only once their rubrics have been calibrated. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for examination results, academic outcomes, lost drafts, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
