These Terms of Use govern your use of the LearnSys Recall Android app, provided under the LearnSys brand by iGears Technology Limited ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, please use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
The service
LearnSys Recall is a learning-support tool for dictation, spelling, mistake correction and spaced revision. AI guidance is for learning support; it does not replace teachers, textbooks or official sources. Offline features work without a connection; Cloud AI features require one.
Guest access
The app works without an account, using an anonymous identity tied to your device. Learning records are stored only on that device: if you uninstall the app or lose the device, we cannot recover them. Purchases can be restored through Google Play.
Acceptable use
AI-generated content
AI guidance may contain mistakes. Check important answers with a teacher, textbook or official source. AI content can be reported from within the app and is reviewed under our safety process.
AI points, packs and subscriptions
Cloud AI features consume AI points: a text request uses one point and a photo analysis uses four. A monthly free allowance is included; the LearnSys Plus subscription provides a larger monthly allowance, and one-time point packs add points without renewing. Points, allowances and product availability are shown in the app and may be adjusted over time.
Purchases through Google Play
All purchases are made through Google Play, which shows the final price and handles payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Google Play account settings. A purchase is granted only after server-side verification; a pending purchase does not unlock until confirmed. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
Intellectual property
The app and its content are owned by iGears Technology Limited or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to process it in order to provide the service, including safety review of reported content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for misuse of the service.
