_Last updated: 22 April 2026_ 1. ACCEPTANCE By accessing or using LearnSys EduFlow at hk.learnsys.org (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. 2. THE SERVICE LearnSys EduFlow is a multi-tenant education platform operated by LearnSys (Hong Kong) providing AI-assisted teaching workflows, class management, assignments, document vault, and administrative tools for Hong Kong schools. 3. ACCOUNTS - You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. - You are responsible for all activity under your account. - School administrators are responsible for managing their users and ensuring compliance with acceptable use within their tenant. - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree NOT to: - Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content. - Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or tenant isolation. - Reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code. - Use the Service to generate content that violates academic integrity policies set by your school. - Transmit malware or engage in activities that disrupt the Service. - Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside your tenant. 5. SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES Schools using the Service agree to: - Obtain necessary consents from students (and parents/guardians where applicable) before adding them to the platform. - Set appropriate policies for AI usage and assessment lock within their tenant. - Review AI-generated content before using it in student-facing contexts. - Maintain their own records required by the Education Bureau. 6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT - AI-generated artefacts (lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, feedback) are provided as aids only. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving output. - We do not warrant that AI output is factually accurate, curriculum-aligned, or free from bias. - Schools are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output (including assessment scoring). 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - The Service, its interface, and underlying software are owned by LearnSys and its licensors. - Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. - AI-generated artefacts produced for your tenant are licensed to your school for educational use. 8. BILLING - Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the stated cycle. - Schools are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. - Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact [email protected]. - Overdue accounts may have features disabled until paid. 9. SERVICE LEVEL We target 99% monthly uptime but do not provide a formal SLA unless specified in a separate written agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. 10. TERMINATION - You may cancel your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. - Upon termination, your data will be retained per the Data Retention Policy before permanent deletion. 11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, LearnSys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. 13. CHANGES We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect. 14.
