Editable Word templates
Principals and curriculum coordinators can download a template, edit it in Word and upload a new version on a school deployment. The public demo provides built-in templates for viewing and download.
Edit and check a template
- Download a starter DOCX or saved version. Adjust layout, fonts, wording and the school's own logo.
- Retain
{{school_name}},{{child_name}},{{class_name}},{{period}}and{{assessment_table}}. The assessment-table marker must occupy its own paragraph. - An embedded PNG or JPEG may replace the
{{school_logo}}paragraph. Do not add macros, remote images, embedded programs or unknown markers. - A DOCX upload creates a new version without overwriting the old one. The limit is 10 MB, subject to school storage capacity.
- Generate fictional reports in all three language options and review fonts, page breaks, logo and signature fields.
Choose item order
Copy Word template item codes from the learning framework, then use a separate paragraph such as {{assessment_table:order=my_world_physical,my_world_language}}. Use actual codes from the selected school framework. Renaming an item does not change its code.
Failed Word conversion produces clearly labelled standard-layout output. New templates do not rewrite old reports, and written comments are not translated. The school must hold rights to its logo, images and fonts.
Use fictional information in the public demo. Uploads, external AI and outbound messages are disabled. School use requires agreed privacy, access and retention arrangements.
