Development tracking and teaching follow-up

This feature organises recorded ratings for teaching follow-up. It is not diagnostic, a screening tool or a standard percentile. Access is limited to currently authorised class teachers and school leadership.

Review progress and follow up

1. Choose the year, class and its level framework. Load observations to view domain ratings and change across terms.
2. Missing observations remain unassessed, not zero. Term comparisons use the same items observed in both terms.
3. Open an attention item, review its rule and history, acknowledge it and record necessary teaching follow-up.
4. Close the item with a short note when follow-up is complete. If a colleague has updated it, preserve your draft and reload first.

School overview

Leaders can set bilingual rules, minimum item counts and domains, review class and level summaries, and export aggregate-only Excel or PDF. This is a school working report, not a validated official self-evaluation format. Any formal mapping must first be checked against a school sample.

Attention notifications remain inside the platform and do not automatically reach parents or external email. Keep SEN and non-Chinese-speaking information in authorised restricted support notes. Charts and rules read ratings, not observation text or media.

Use fictional information in the public demo. Uploads, external AI and outbound messages are disabled. School use requires agreed privacy, access and retention arrangements.
