Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from LearnSys.
1. What data can be deleted
- Your user account — your login credentials, profile information, and personal preferences.
- Your personal data — name, email, phone number, and other personally identifiable information associated with your account.
- Usage data — browsing history, analytics data, and session logs tied to your account.
2. What data may be retained
Certain data may be retained after deletion to fulfill legal and business obligations:
- Financial records — billing transactions, invoices, and payment records as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Audit logs — anonymized or pseudonymized records of actions taken within the platform for security and compliance purposes.
- Customer data — if you are a member of a Customer organization, operational data (student records, enrollment data, etc.) is owned by the Customer. Contact your Customer administrator to request deletion of data within the Customer workspace.
3. How to request deletion
Option A: Self-service (account holders)
If you have an active account, you can delete your account through the platform:
- Sign in to LearnSys.
- Navigate to Profile settings.
- Click Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Option B: Email request
If you cannot access your account, or if you want to request deletion of data that is not covered by the self-service option, send an email to:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
- The organization (Customer) name, if applicable
- A description of what data you want deleted
4. Processing timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and process the deletion within 30 days. If the request requires verification of your identity or coordination with a Customer administrator, the timeline may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.
5. After deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to sign in to the platform.
- Any active subscriptions or memberships will be cancelled.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Retained records (financial, audit) will be anonymized where possible.
6. Customer administrators
If you are a Customer administrator and wish to delete all data for your organization, please contact us at [email protected]. We will coordinate the full Customer data export and deletion process with you.
