Resource versions and sharing

New resources are private to their author. Public demo uploads are disabled. An enabled school deployment accepts authorised uploads within its storage quota.

Create and organise resources

1. Add bilingual names, content, levels, tags and licence or source information.
2. School uploads accept PDF, DOCX, JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or WebM. General files are limited to 12 MB and video to 120 seconds, subject to school capacity.
3. Wait for local text indexing and review the preview. Word text previews do not preserve layout; download the original to open it in Word.
4. Authors can create a version or restore an old one. Restoration creates another version and retains current sharing settings.
5. Choose private, selected active staff or all-school sharing.
6. Teachers with assessment authority can link frameworks, themes and items. Reload after a framework changes.

Revocation covers historical versions, files, previews and lesson-plan citations. Preserve your draft if an edit conflicts. Share only materials you have rights to reuse; AI citation does not transfer copyright.

Use fictional information in the public demo. Uploads, external AI and outbound messages are disabled. School use requires agreed privacy, access and retention arrangements.
