Parent hub

The hub contains school posts, official resource links and calendar events. It shares the default-off family settings with parent communication.

Publish school content

1. Create a school post, official resource link or event.
2. Write original bilingual titles and content, choosing school information, learning, wellbeing or events.
3. Teachers select authorised classes; managers can address the whole school. Drafts remain private until explicitly published.
4. Enter events in Hong Kong time. Parents download only published events they can currently access.

Content and subscriptions

Official resources are links, not copied or embedded third-party articles. Review link availability and suitability regularly. Keep individual child learning and sensitive information out of general posts. Child media belongs in the consent-controlled private parent workflow.

Parents filter content with their own topic subscriptions; this does not enable external notifications. Downloaded calendar events are copies. Later school changes or withdrawal do not remove events already imported into personal calendars.

Use fictional information in the public demo. Uploads, external AI and outbound messages are disabled. School use requires agreed privacy, access and retention arrangements.
