I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link valid for 60 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, or email [email protected].

How do I scan attendance?

Open a course session, tap Take attendance, then tap the QR icon. Point the camera at each student's QR code — they'll be marked present automatically. You can also swipe right (present) or left (absent) on a student's row.

How do I delete my account?

Two options: in the app go to Profile → Delete my account, or email [email protected]. Full instructions on the Account & Data Deletion page.

Who is my tenant admin?

Your tenant is the training centre, school, or organisation that invited you. The tenant admin is typically the person who created your account or the staff member listed on your enrolment confirmation email. They control your account access — reach out to them first for account, course, or billing questions.

How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with the device model, OS version, app version (Profile → About), steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if possible.

How do I report a security issue?

Please disclose privately to [email protected]. Include reproduction steps and your contact details. We acknowledge within 2 business days and credit reporters in our advisory once a fix ships.
