LearnSys is operated by iGears Technology Limited (科擎科技有限公司). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to iGears Technology Limited.

- Customer data — student records, enrollment details, attendance logs, billing records, and other operational data entered by authorized customer users.
- Communications — emails or messages you send to us via the contact form or support channels.
- Cookies & analytics — we use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-50SKZ1JD9V) to understand site traffic. See Section 7.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, operate, and maintain the LearnSys platform.
- To authenticate users and enforce customer-level access controls.
- To process billing, generate invoices, and reconcile payments.
- To send transactional notifications (enrollment confirmations, password resets, etc.).
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support.

Our marketing site uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and track sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

LearnSys is a business platform intended for use by organizations and their authorized staff. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If student records include minors' data, the customer organization is the data controller responsible for obtaining appropriate consents.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
